The short version
Is PosterBot free?
Yes. The free plan has 15 sources from VK, Tumblr and RSS with no time limit. It is supported by rare partner messages. Premium starts at $7 a month.
Do I need my own bot?
Yes, and it takes a minute: send /newbot to @BotFather and paste the token. Your channel then gets posts from your own bot, under your name.
Will it repost old posts?
No. PosterBot publishes only posts that appear after you add a source.
How fast do posts arrive?
On Premium, sources are checked about every 1 to 9 minutes. Instagram and Facebook limit automated access, so they can take longer. On the free plan checks run every 30 to 60 minutes.
Can I post to groups and forum topics?
Yes. Channels, groups and topics all work. Add your bot to the group as an admin and send /connect in the right topic.
Does it read private accounts?
Public pages only, with one exception: closed Telegram channels and chats can be added with an invite link. Paid channels are not supported.
How do I pay?
In the bot or Mini App: bank cards and YooMoney activate at once. PayPal and crypto are activated manually within 24 hours.
